Gleeson Nabulwad, a skilled woodworker from Gunbalanya, is the son of Connie Nayinggul and Steven Nabulwad. In 2012, he completed a Certificate I in Tourism (Australian Indigenous Culture) at Charles Darwin University. His art is inspired by the local wildlife and has been showcased in several group exhibitions, including the 2016 Wearables Festival del Caribe in Santiago de Cuba, the 2017 34th National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Art Awards (NATSIAA) in Darwin, NT, and the 2021 Northern Waters Exhibition at Short St Gallery in Broome, WA.
