- This artwork was created during a workshop organised by Adrian Newstead at the Yuwai Gallery at World Square, in conjunction with the Sydney Olympic Games, 2000 under the auspices of the Warnayaka Art Centre, N.T.
- Artwork story
- The painting represents the Dreamtime story of the bush turkey ancestor. The bush turkey in search of food, roams the land leaving behind its tracks throughout the country.
The bush turkey is significant to Aboriginal people who share custodianship of this Dreaming and is re- enacted during their ceremonies.
