- "Ngarrangkarni, man bin run away with that woman. She was another man's woman." This is the Dreaming for Madigan's mother and for her aunty Dotty. "When I have that dream for that man and woman, my Mum would tell me 'your Aunty Dotty coming down from Bedford Downs' and sure enough she would come. This the way we would know she was coming. That fella he got his dancing paint on, that's how he made her love him and then they run away together."
