- This painting is from Rosie's mother country. This country is known as laka and is located south of Yagga Yagga community in the Great Sandy Desert. In the centre of the painting two prominent waniri (rockholes) has been depicted. The strong parallel lines depict a claypan.
This is good country for collecting karnti (bush potato) and tjirripadja (Bush carrot).
