Artwork story: After hard work on the farm, I would fish and hunt. The cows would gather amongst the tall trees of the forest. It was hard to round them up to come to milking. We didn’t have electricity on the farm until I was fourteen so we had to milk the cows by hand. This painting shows my memories of the cows in the early morning fog.
